APPLETON--The 'Confessions of a Sailor' trailer premiers Saturday afternoon, March 16 at Wildwood Film
Festival at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center. Wildwood Film Festival's specialty is short films with
Wisconsin connections.
While this is the first showing of the trailer, there is
nothing officially orchestrated such as a reception or party planned for the day. Festival goers will not be short entertainment or excitement, however, as the festival is a coming together of many creative minds. This year the festival features a Filmmaking 101 course on Saturday morning.
Film trailers including 'Confessions of a Sailor', usually running 2 minutes, will play
starting off each session--a session is a block time of
numerous short films. Because Confessions of a Sailor's contribution is a trailer and not a featured
short film, it is not in the program listing.
Anyone interested in seeing the 'Confessions of a Sailor' trailer as well as great short films from talented cinematographers can pick any one of four listed sessions, and see the trailer early on.
